• Shift: Day, 3x13-hour shifts (6:00 AM 7:00 PM)

• License/Certifications: MA License, BC in Neurosurgery (required)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year neurosurgery experience

      What You'll Do:
      
      • Conduct patient rounds alongside residents, developing care plans
      • Review and place orders for inpatient neurosurgical patients
      • Assess and see patients needing attention, discharges, and follow-up
      • Remove drains such as Hemovac or JP drains (preferred skill)
      • Collaborate with a resident program for inpatient care note: no OR involvement
      • Document clinical findings and update patient records using Epic EMR
        What You Need:
        
        • Board Certification in Neurosurgery (required)
        • Massachusetts License (or ability to obtain)
        • 1+ year of neurosurgery experience
        • Ability to perform drain removal (preferred)
        • Strong communication and collaborative skills
